Welcome to my web site, and thank you for your interest. I have been an avid outdoorsman since I was a child spending every moment I could outside. I started out with my grandfather's old 35 mm and loved taking pictures of animals and birds. When digital cameras became available, I was excited. I tend to be impatient at times and loved the idea of seeing my photos immediately.

After purchasing my first Nikon digital camera with a 300 mm lens, I was hooked. I began spending all my free time exploring nature in an attempt to obtain my perfect shot even if that meant investing hours of sitting in silence waiting for my subject to appear within shooting distance of my lens.

I now have upgraded to a professional grade Nikon digital camera and many more lenses. I attempt to capture wildlife so others can see the beauty I have seen with my own eyes. Although I have won a few photography contests and have been published a few times, the most rewarding part of photographing wildlife is the moment in time I preserve and am able to share with others for years to come.
